The Peoria Hotel, Surestay Collection By Best Western

When we arrived at the hotel they had a water problem with some of the rooms, our was one of these rooms, the manager had found us another room in another hotel and paid for the night. My husband and I found this to be a very good way to try and keep customers. Felicia the manager was very nice, and very friendly.

The cleaning staff expected us to be out before 8.30am which is unacceptable when on holiday.

Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Spotlessly clean and huge rooms, a large bathroom.

It was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The beds were comfortable and pool area was clean and water was warm for the kids to swim in.

Really no complaints.

Clean accommodation, extremely helpful and professional stuff in a timely and efficient manner. Huge room and neat with a pull out sofa. Had clean central heating, pay TV and a microwave oven.

Beds were uncomfortable.

Breakfast was great with plenty of options, but the Wi-Fi was unreliable.

We found the hotel to be perfect for our weekend adventures as it was just a quick walk to Northwoods Mall and several family-friendly eateries like Chuck E. Cheese's, great to explore the area with ease while enjoying the beautiful park views nearby.

This place is a great match for short visits in Peoria with great value. Chris at the front desk shared fun facts about the area . Just check on pool availability ahead of time.

The hotel's location is fantastic. We loved the spacious room with a comfy sofa bed, perfect for our family and our dogs. The breakfast was decent, and we appreciated the variety offered each morning.

In my wife's opinion, they should improve the pool facilities for families. It would have.

Great stay with friendly staff!

The staff was super friendly, always greeting us with smiles. Loved the breakfast spread-waffles, eggs, and more. The hot tub was amazing. Only thing was parking got tight on weekends, especially with big groups around. A nice spot for families!

The location was perfect! It was easy on/off for the interstate and close to everything. The hotel felt quiet, and I didn't hear any distractions from other rooms.

The hotel had a lovely decor that felt cute, and the spacious rooms were easy to navigate, making it convenient for seniors like me to move around and enjoy the facilities without any hassle.

I enjoyed the spacious room, well-kept and clean. The breakfast offered a good variety including fresh fruits and baked goods. The staff were nice, providing assistance whenever needed.

Clean and comfortable accommodations. The location provided easy access to local attractions, and the friendly staff were a highlight. The wear on the furniture detracted from the overall experience, and some maintenance issues, like a cracked AC unit and stains on the couch, were noticeable. For dining, local meats available nearby offered some great options. If these issues are addressed, it could greatly enhance future visits.

I stayed in a King Studio Sofa Bed with ample space, a comfortable layout, and modern amenities such as a large TV and a refrigerator. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options including fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage, and a selection of fresh fruits and pastries. The staff was attentive and efficient , assisting with my inquiries .
